Six months old!

Noah turned six months old Dec. 21. It's hard to believe it's already been six months. Wasn't I just going in to be induced? He's doing really well - finally over those stubborn colds. I'm praying that's the last cold for this winter. He's eating oatmeal or rice cereal every night and loving it. He's a little bird - if we're not quick enough with the next bite, he's got his mouth open as wide as it will go. He can roll over from his tummy to his back and occasionally from his back to his tummy. I think he's working on his vocal milestones right now. He says Bs, Gs, Ms, and Ts, although M seems to be his fave right now (much to Mama's delight). He also growls and shrieks and laughs. He has a fantastic laugh! Our challenge right now is nighttime. He doesn't sleep through the night. Not even close. Everyone told us when he started on cereal, he'd stay full longer and sleep longer. Nope. No such luck. He still wakes up twice to eat and now he's added two or three more wakings when he apparently just needs some comfort and a pacifier. We're going to ask the pediatrician's advice when we go in at the start of January. In the meantime, pray for me to keep my sanity!
