Mama's tummy got bigger and bigger!

Noah has a sweet book about a Mama bear having her baby and it has a page that says, "Mama's tummy got bigger... and bigger... and BIGGER!" We quote that a lot around here. :)
I have a very first picture from February, but blogger won't let you post more than five big pics at a time, so I'll just skip it. Somehow we missed July... sorry. I'll try to post some more soon -Some last minute belly pictures before baby girl gets here.

Baby Girl's shower

The ladies from church threw a lovely baby shower. So very kind of them for a second child. Mallory and Debbie Robertson hosted it at Mal and Taylor's beautiful home. (BIG congrats to Mal and Tay, by the way, on their marriage!) Mallory is the one to the far right. In the top picture, Noah is jumping for the camera. Little Sister got lots of great stuff. Thanks to everybody!!

Happy 2nd birthday Noah!

We celebrated Noah's second birthday with a small party at our local park. It was supposed to be a splash party at the spray park, but the spray park was closed. Bummer. But Noah had fun anyway and that's what matters. I bought a plain white sheet cake and decorated it myself. I was pretty proud of the result! Noah loved all his presents, especially the ones with wheels!

Cousins Camp 2010

I have a ton of pictures of our Cousins Camp at Zach and Angela's place, but I don't have the time to upload so many. They're all really cute. It was grand fun. Lots of good activities for the kids. Lots of good togetherness for the adults. Looking forward to next year!

Daddy's lil helper

These are from our trip to Texas in May for Meagan's graduation and Cousins Camp 2010 (big family get together for the kiddos). It was big fun. Here Noah is helping Daddy do the electrical in Zach and Angela's bedroom. So cute!!! Love how the tape measure is about to pull his shorts right off!

Our biggest news of the year...

In January, we found out we were expecting our second. We announced by making this red shirt for Noah and putting it on him when family came over (for out of town family, we took these pictures and emailed them around).

Like father, like son

When Noah crawled in the dryer, I had to run for the camera since I knew we had the top picture.

A few winter shots

Hmm... this week the temperatures have been hovering around 100. And here I am, finally uploading snow pictures. This feels extremely belated. We made snow ice cream one evening when Danny's family was over for dinner. It was my very first experience with it. Mucho yummy... and fun!

A year's worth of pictures? Is it possible?

Is it possible to update a blog that's nearly a year behind? I'm just not sure...

I like how my last post said "and now on to the pictures" and then never went on. I could have edited it out but I thought I'd leave it as a testimonial to the insanity of life and motherhood!

I'll probably just post photos willy-nilly with little to no commentary just to save time. I hope to get at least a few of the more significant moments. I wish I could share ALL the great photos and news over the past several months but there just isn't time. So here we go....

Our dog, Watson, before and after his first grooming. This is just a couple of months ago. His little puppy pictures are at the bottom. He's a sweet poodle-bichon frise mix and we love him even though he drives us completely crazy. He and Noah are good buddies and that's what matters more than anything else.
